（中央社記者顧荃台北29日電）台北市長柯文哲今天表示，每次下大雨原水濁度就超過1萬2000度，表示南勢溪整治不易，要不要花新台幣20億元設置翡翠水庫到淨水廠的專管，將盡速以專案處理。

柯文哲上午前往台北市災害應中心，進行杜鵑颱風第三次災防會報時，做上述表示。

柯文哲說，他本來不想花那20億，但濁水進去淨水廠的清理費很貴，9月份連藥品花了約6000萬元，「如果1個月要6000萬，20億就花一花算了」，這是成本效益問題。

柯文哲表示，翡翠水庫接到淨水廠的專管，請台北自來水事業處盡速將規劃專案簽上來。
