國民黨總統候選人朱立倫昨天在首場電視辯論會上喊出基本工資漲至3萬元，他的副手王如玄今(28)日表示，這個數字對勞工來說永遠都不夠，她希望勞工朋友的薪資越高越好；而她先前提到提到勞工起薪4萬元，是指得到一定職能基準認證，就能保證4萬元起跳。

王如玄今天到新竹市參加「女性成長座談會」，面對媒體關切，她與朱立倫分別喊出工資起薪4萬元、3萬元，為何兩人不同調，是否滿意朱立倫提出的3萬元起薪，談到上述看法。

對於朱立倫版本的基本工資起薪3萬元，王如玄表示，對勞工來說永遠都不夠，而她希望台灣勞工朋友的薪資越高越好，這也是為何當年她在勞委會主委任內，無法為勞工朋友加薪而離開勞委會的原因。

王如玄還說，她在副總統候選人辯論會時所提的勞工起薪4萬元，是指年輕人畢業後，如參加「追薪學院」，完成課程，得到一定職能基準的認證，就能保證4萬元起跳。

她說，而朱立倫指的是勞基法的基本工資，兩者不同。
