日前一則「天津港爆炸現場檢測出神經性毒氣」的報導，搞得人心惶惶。正在天津爆炸現場執行救援指導任務的軍事醫學科學院化武專家組昨日指出，爆炸現場根本不可能產生神經性毒氣，有關神經性毒氣之說屬「重大誤判」。

國際信譽評級機構惠譽昨日警告說，天津爆炸的保險賠償將會遠遠超出官方估計的數額。瑞士信貸集團估計，賠償金額可能達到約300至450億台幣。但是惠譽信評認為，實際的賠償可能會遠遠高於這個數額，並影響天津的經濟。

昨日公布最新統計爆炸遇難人數114人，失蹤仍為57人。軍事醫學科學院王永安研究員說，神經性毒劑是毒性極強的化學物質，毒性比氰化物高幾十倍，合成極為複雜，而爆炸現場並無結合神經性毒劑的核心原料和生產條件，根本沒有產生神經性毒劑的可能。

天津大爆炸事故發生後，始終神隱的天津市委代理書記、市長黃興國昨天露面，他說：「作為救災總指揮，集中精力指揮救援，今天才和大家見面。」對這次事故感到十分悲痛和自責，自己負有不可推卸的責任。

黃興國表示，在3公里範圍內開展搜索清查危險化學品，前後一共清查了3遍，到昨日已清理完畢，確保不留隱患。

事故究責部份昨日也有新發展。大陸環境保護部科技標準司司長熊躍輝，涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，正接受組織調查。

至於肇事公司瑞海物流的政商關係也逐漸明朗。

根據調查，於學偉是瑞海公司的實際控制人，曾在中化工作18年，在酒桌上認識天津港公安局前局長董培軍之子董社軒，於是拉董社軒入夥成為公司二股東。公司成立時，董社軒去找過天津港公安消防支隊負責人，說想做危化品倉儲，並且很快拿到消防鑑定。
